Registration Process

ED Super 2 – Division 2 teams can be promoted to Super 2 depending on previous fall seeding. If your team is promoted or if you are a returning Super 2 team you will need the following to register.

• Register through South Belt Affinity system
• Roster from previous Fall Season (see registrar) must have core players returning.
• Team Application (2009) need updated form.
• Bond Information Sheet (2009) need updated form.
• Team Upload Form (Registrar)
• Coach/Player registration applications
• Medical Release Form
• Transfer/Release Form
• Uniform Report (Coming soon)

EDDOA Qualifying – U11-U13 Teams

• U11-U12 Register through South Belt Affinity system
• U13 Teams register through EDDOA.
• Roster from previous Fall Season (see registrar) must have core players returning.
• Team Application
• Player Registration Application
• Adult Registration Application
• Transfer/Release form if needed.

 EDDOA D1- U14 and Up Teams

• Register through EDDOA
• Roster from previous Fall Season (see registrar) must have core players returning.

All EDDOA/S2 teams must keep 50% plus 1 of their fall 2009 roster, if the team has over 18 on the roster core still applies.
